Cabin Guidelines

• Check-In time is 3 p.m. Check-Out time is 11 a.m. If you intend to arrive before 3 p.m., please notify our office and we will make every effort to have your cabin available. However, we can not guarantee it's availability until 3 p.m. We ask that you honor our Check-Out time promptly to minimize hardship on our housekeeping staff and the next guests arriving. "Check-Out" means leaving the campground by 11 a.m. Late Check-Out is Not Available.
• Deposit: One night's rate will be taken as a deposit at the time the reservation is booked. Holiday reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking.
  
• Per Person Fee:
  
  • Ages 3 and under = FREE.
  • Ages 4 to 64 = $6/person per night.
  • Ages 65 up = $3/person per night (half price).
    
• Cancellation Policy:
  
  • CABINS: We will return your deposit minus a $10 service charge if you cancel FIFTEEN (15) or more days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel FOURTEEN (14) days or less of your arrival date you will be charged one day's rate, the balance of your deposit will be refunded.
    
  • HOLIDAY CANCELLATIONS: The Holiday Cancellation Policy applies to all campsites and cabins. We will return your deposit minus a $10 service charge if you cancel THIRTY (30) or more days before your arrival date. We do not refund holiday deposits on cancellations TWENTY-NINE (29) days or less of your arrival date. Please make sure you schedule your holiday reservations carefully.
  • NO SHOWS: Guests failing to contact us to cancel (with the required time, listed above) will be considered a 'NO SHOW'. 'NO SHOWS' are subject to the same cancellation policies.
• HOLIDAYS: There is a 3-night minimum on all major holidays.

• Memorial Day: May 29, 30, 31
  
• Independence Day: July 3, 4, 5
  
• Labor Day: September 4, 5, 6
• DAMAGES: We will charge you for any damages to cabins (inside and outside) and/or it's contents. Your credit card will be charged immediately if damages are found.
• NO SMOKING is allowed inside or on the porch. Evidence of results a $100 fine posted immediately to credit card.
• Pets are welcome but must be kept on leashes or inside at all times and must not be left unattended. Pets are not allowed in any buildings or the pool area. They can not be left outside, or on a cabin porch in a pet friendly cabin. They must always be on a leash and walked by a responsible person to pick up after them immediately. Pets not allowed in or near any buildings, bathrooms, pool, waterslide or playground areas. They are prohibited due to health codes.
  No aggressive breeds permitted to include but not limited to Dobermans, Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Mastiffs due to requirements of our insurance.
• Pet Friendly Cabins: Boo Boo™ #1, Cindy, Ranger #15 and Yogi™ #5 and #9
• Visitors: Your visitors are always welcome at Yogi on the Lake, as long as they register at our Ranger Station. Registered guests and their visitors are expected to read and adhere to all campground guidelines. A copy of these guidelines are presented at time of Check-In for your signature. All your visitors must register, pay Day-Use Fees, if applicable, and leave resort by 10 p.m.
• Recreational Vech: No Battery operated vehicles nor motor-driven cycles, bikes, scooters, or golf carts are to be driven in the park. Only licensed drivers over the age of 18 may operate any licensed, insured vehicle/cart in the park. This is strictly enforced due to our insurance requirements, plus the enjoyment and the safety of everyone in the park.
• Forms of Payments: We accept Visa, Master Card, cash or money orders. Sorry no checks.
